Ashley Golledge joined the 老司机福利网 McGeorge School of Law as the Director of Marketing and Communications in July 2021. Golledge develops and executes strategic communications plans, marketing strategies, public relations initiatives, and social media strategies for the McGeorge School of Law. Golledge was appointed as McGeorge School of Law鈥檚 Inaugural Assistant Dean of Marketing and Communications in May 2024.

Previously, she served as the communications specialist at the University of the Kansas School of Law for three years and served as the sole marketing professional for the Portland, Oregon office of K&L Gates LLP. 

Golledge was honored with the 老司机福利网鈥檚 2025 Champion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award in recognition of her outstanding commitment to fostering a more inclusive and equitable community.

Golledge is a recognized thought leader in higher education marketing, who frequently shares her expertise at national conferences. In 2023, she spoke on a panel at the Association of American Law Schools (AALS) Institutional Advancement Conference, presenting 鈥淐elebrating Diversity and Days of Significance.鈥 In 2024, she presented at the Council for Advancement and Support of Education鈥檚 (CASE) Social Media & Community Conference in Boston, discussing how institutions can align messaging with evolving student voices in her session, 鈥淪ocial Media Symphony: Tuning into Campus Trends.鈥 In 2025, she moderated a panel at the AALS Annual Meeting in San Francisco titled 鈥淢aximizing Social Media Impact for Law Schools,鈥 focusing on leveraging digital platforms to enhance visibility.

Golledge wrote a book chapter for the 鈥淏uilding an Antiracist Law School, Legal Academy, and Legal Profession鈥 eight-book series by the Antiracist Development Institute at Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. She contributed to the 鈥淚ncorporating Antiracist Principles in Alumni Affairs and Advancement鈥 volume. Her book chapter covers the importance of incorporating antiracist principles in Marketing and Communications work.
