Pacific鈥檚 civil engineering program ranks 7th in the U.S. for early-career salaries

Pacific鈥檚 civil engineering program ranks 7th in the U.S. for early-career salaries
老司机福利网鈥檚 civil engineering program was ranked seventh on GradReports.com鈥檚 list based on median salary one year after graduation.
The median salary for Pacific civil engineering graduates one year after graduation is $68,100, based on data collected from the U.S. Department of Education鈥檚 College Scorecard. The GradReports.com ranking also shows that those graduates are career-ready.

Pacific鈥檚 civil engineering program works to provide students with valuable academic, co-curricular and work experiences. The school鈥檚 cooperative education (CO-OP) program helps students find paid CO-OPs within the engineering industry, which helps them transition to their careers after graduation. At Pacific, CO-OP is integrated into students鈥 curriculum plans from beginning of their academic careers.
According to GradReports.com, 90% of student reviewers said their Pacific degree improved their career prospects and 100% said they would recommend Pacific to others.
鈥淚 was really intentional in crafting my own 鈥楶acific Experience,鈥 whether it was studying civil engineering, minoring in a language, studying abroad or doing a CO-OP,鈥 said Cheyenne Harris 鈥17, now a senior staff engineer at environmental engineering and construction firm Brown and Caldwell. 鈥淚 would encourage students to really make their education their own in order to maximize the opportunities available.鈥
