SGA elections take place annually on the last Monday in February. The Election Commission, appointed by the SGA president and confirmed every October, oversees the election and creates the campaign and finance regulations for the election.
The Feb. 24, 2025 election will seat the 2025-26 SGA Senate, which serves as the voice of the students to the administration and to the community at large. All SLU students are encouraged to exercise their right to vote, either online on SLUGroups or at official polling places operated by the Election Commission around campus.
